If you are sending in a dating or attraction question, be sure to include information on how our books, audio programs, or previous advice has helped you. We get a ton of questions each week, and we really want to answer your question as well. So telling us how you've improved and benefited from our books and advice will be more likely to catch my eye and your question will get to the top of the stack much faster.

If you are inquiring about a product or shipment, please specify the name, date purchased, and any ticket or receipt numbers. Please also be VERY specific when describing your issue or question. Tell us what exactly isn't working, or what errors you receive.

EXAMPLE: "My CD isn't working" isn't enough for us to help you. You need to specify WHICH CD (name of the product) is not working, and WHAT problem you have, as well as WHAT you are doing when you get that error.

EXAMPLE: "I don't get the newsletter" isn't enough for us to help you. We need to know WHAT email you are using, and HOW you subscribed, etc.

Make the payment for the complete amount of the program, including the necessary shipping and handling, in US Dollars.

We highly recommend that you use a mail tracking service such as "return receipt" or "delivery confirmation receipt" or some other postal tracking method to ensure your delivery.

Your download information will be sent within 1 business day of receipt of money order, and sales by personal check within 1 business day of the check clearing through the banking system. Your CDs will also ship immediately following receipt of your payment.

We do not advise sending cash through the mail.
